What I Ate Wednesday #609:00:00
It's Wednesday which means it is time for another addition to my "What I ate Wednesday" series. I am so happy that I was organised with the series this week. Last week I was a bit under pressure to get an updated WIAW posted. So without further ado, let's get on with the food.
Surprisingly I did not have another smoothie bowl. I thought I'd mix things up a bit and have these gluten free banana pancakes (Recipe post here). On the side I had some melon and pineapple pieces as well as lemon, honey and peanut butter on top!

Bananas are a great source of potassium.
Carrots and tomatoes have vitamin A which helps with our vision and eyesight.
Bread is a great source of carbohydrates, providing us with energy for the day!
Again, I forgot to take a picture of my dinner but we had some indian food. I had a chicken Korma but this certain one made me feel a bit sick so I am a bit put off korma now.
